This is the Disigee Gaming Floor. In the canon of Star Wars, it is where most of the gambling in the Outlander Club takes place.
We won't gamble here.
Instead, we will discuss everything related to Star Wars video games. Feel free to talk with one another in the comments about your neatest accomplishment in The Force Unleashed, your latest Battlefront II skirmish, your first Star Wars video game, or what's keeping you from completing the next level of Knights of the Old Republic. This page's content is up to you guys! Oya!
Awesome idea for a page, I am a serious Star Wars video game collector. I have always wanted to talk KOTOR spoilers. So was I the only one shock in find out that *SPOILER* the main character was Reven? I thought it was the biggest plot twist since "I am your father" in Empire.

KotOR is definitely my favorite video game series. Hands down.
ReplyDeleteI was surprised as well. But, now that I've played the first game close to 10 times all the way through, I like looking for all the little hints they give that you're *SPOILER* Revan.
So which is your favorite, KotOR or The Sith Lords?
*KotOR SPOILERS*
ReplyDeleteIt's definitely my favorite Star Wars video games. I have also looked for some clues, that were a few that would lead one to think that your character is Reven.
I would say KotOR because of the amazing story but Sith Lords had some great improvments in gameplay with the influnce system and side quests.

I enjoyed the original one more, but only because of the Yavin space station. I always went there after each planet because he changed his wares. I got into modding that game as well, making custom people and armor. My profile picture, actually, is a Chiss version of Trask Ulgo from the first KotOR level. I made him myself. I made a purple Mission, and always made Carth a Jawa. Always. I also made the Ebon Hawk green. I just posted a picture of it on the Viewing Screens.
ReplyDeleteBut, you are right, TSL is definitely improved in gameplay. One thing I didn't like was the ability to make, like, half your party of non-Jedi into Jedi. Mira, Disciple, Handmaiden, Atton, they all became Jedi. It was a little unrealistic.
I have more fun as a bad guy in KotOR and more fun as a good guy in TSL. Not sure why.
I've never played Kotor (but I've wanted to), but I have played SWTOR. Any other players around here?
ReplyDeleteSince I only have the Xbox version I have never try to mod it but I have always wanted to try the PC one. That’s what I thought your profile picture was, it looks great. Haha, that’s funny, it seems that most people are annoyed by Carth, he can be a real pain some times. I will have to check it out.
ReplyDeleteI agree but The Handmaiden/ Brianna, Atton and maybe the Disciple did have legitimate backstorys to become one. Although Mira and Bao-Dur were unnecessary.
For some reason I have always liked going light side on my first play through and dark side on my second but both are fun. But my favorite aspect of both games is the character interaction, there are so many great characters and dialogue to listen to throughout the game.
